Have a underexposed photo? By using some borrowed layering HDR style techniques in Adobe Photoshop (CS4), I'm able to shed some "new light" on this image. Shown in the photo is St. George's Orthodox Church, Johnstown PA which is now the home of the Venue of Merging Arts (VOMA).
